The extension to Lake Nakuru National park add spices to your trip being one of the Park’s where you can see the white rhino with ease, the lake being salty birdlife is abundant with flamingos taking the giant share of being the most common and in great numbers, Pelicans, spoonbills and other water birds form a great spectacle that will stimulate your adrenaline, finally the tour takes to Masai Mara National Reserve known not only for the annual great wildebeest migration, but for year-round exceptional and abundant wildlife.

DAY 1: NAIROBI – LAKE NAIVASHA

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel/residence or Nairobi airport at 8:00am. Depart and drive through the scenic Rift Valley, a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley view point to have a panoramique view of the rift floor, continue to Lake Naivasha and check in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. You will have plenty of time to relax in your room and enjoy the Lodge facilities. Lunch at the Lodge, afternoon you will have a choice of doing two excursions all at extra cost. You have a choice of doing the boat ride around the fresh water lake to view hippos and plenty of bird life and the second excursion is a visit to crescent island where you will have a rare opportunity to walk among harmless wildlife including waterbucks, impalas, Thompson gazelles and Giraffe at close range. Return to your lodge in the evening for diner and overnight stay. DAY 2: LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast check out of your room and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park. We will arrive at the lodge with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for a game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park offers you a rare insight into Kenya’s most diverse flora, fauna and wildlife and is famous for its huge flocks of pink flamingos. The birds throng on Lake Nakuru itself, one of the Rift Valley soda lakes that comprises almost a third of the park's area. More than 450 species of birds have been recorded here as well as a rich diversity of other wildlife. Lions, leopards, warthogs, waterbucks, pythons, and white rhinos are just some of the animals you might see, and the landscapes range from sweeping grasslands bordering the lake to rocky cliffs and woodland. The park also protects the largest euphorbia candelabrum forest in Africa. DAY 3: LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA

Depart after breakfast and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve via the Mau summit route, you will arrive at your lodge with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for our first game drive between 1600hrs to 1830hrs. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: MASAI MARA

Rise early morning for breakfast. As the cool, fresh air fills your lungs you will feel invigorated and rejuvenated, ready for a great full day game drive. Roll down the windows or stand up through the customized pop up roof hatch and enjoy this unhindered 360 views, and the possibilities for what lies ahead. Masai Mara is one of the lushest reserves in Africa, and is globally renowned for the Great Migration when thousands of wildebeest, zebra, and Thomson's gazelle travel to and from the Serengeti, from July through October. In the Mara River, throngs of hippos and crocodiles lurk. The park is also known for providing excellent predator sightings in their natural habitats thanks to its relatively large populations of lion, cheetah, and leopard. We will also see lots of Elephants, Masai giraffe, common zebra, impala, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles, Topi, Hartebeest, Black-backed jackal, spotted hyena and more. DAY 5: MASAI MARA - NAIROBI

Early morning game drive in the reserve, return to your lodge for breakfast. Bid farewell to the Maasai people and drive back to the buzzing Kenya’s capital bringing to an end what we hope shall be a safari of your lifetime. Lunch will be provided at Carnivore restaurant famous for its barbeque meat to taste from. Thereafter free time to relax as we wait to transfer you to your next engagement.
